Below is important information about Starry Night Cinema so that our guests can get the most out of their drive-in experience.

PARKING:
GATES open at 7pm, which is one hour and a half before showtime.

Entrance to the event is located on Citrus Street. You will be directed to registration check in where you will pick up the goody bag for your vehicle. Multiple attendants will help direct you to the viewing area after check in.

Cars must be 6 feet apart from each other. Parking attendants will assist you with this. Please provide ample time for parking.

SUVs, Trucks, and taller vehicles will be designated in back rows to avoid blocking other guests’ view.

All guests in each vehicle must bring a face covering to enter the premises.

STATE REQUIREMENTS:
In compliance with the State and County requirements, we have established the following safety guidelines to protect our guests and volunteers who are running the event.

All attendees must wear face coverings when interacting with volunteers/staff, and when outside the vehicle to go to the restroom.

Guests must remain in vehicles at all times unless going to the restroom, into the mall, or to pickup food from a restaurant.

If you or anyone within your group has or is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, we ask you to please stay home to ensure the health and safety of our audience and volunteers/staff.

Persons without a vehicle will not be permitted to enter the event.

SOUND:
You will be tuning into a designated FM station once you arrive to play the audio while you’re watching on the big screen. Instructions will be given to you in our event program upon arrival. If you are having issues, PLEASE FLASH YOUR HAZARD LIGHTS and assistance will be offered.

HEADLIGHTS:
If you are having trouble turning off your headlights in preparation for the show, PLEASE FLASH YOUR HAZARD LIGHTS and assistance will be offered before showtime.

FAQ’s

How do I know where to park?
Vehicles will be guided to parking spots by event volunteers/staff, and may be directed to certain areas of the lot based on the vehicle’s size to ensure an optimal viewing experience for all guests. Vehicles will be spaced every other parking spot (6 feet apart).

What types of vehicles are allowed?
Oversized and unenclosed vehicles are prohibited, including but not limited to: large vans, limousines, motorcycles, mopeds, RV’s, scooters, and vehicles with open tops.

Are bikes and pedestrians allowed?
Pedestrians and bicyclists will not be permitted within the perimeter of the ticketed event site.

Will there be food available?
Yes! Because our event is located at the mall, you can order your meal in advance at any of the restaurants on site. Select restaurants are even offering to donate a percentage of the proceeds back to Circle of Hope.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?
You are more than welcome to bring your own food and drinks.

How should I dispose of trash?
Please keep trash in your vehicles when possible. It is recommended to bring a small trash bag to store your trash. Please do not litter.

Will there be restrooms available?
Yes. Temporary restroom facilities will be available on site, as well as public restrooms inside of the mall. Please ensure that you are practicing social distancing while waiting in line for restrooms.

How will I hear the movie?
All films are broadcast and can be heard in your vehicle using your FM Radio. The specific FM channel to tune to will be provided to you upon entry.

How do I turn off my automatic headlights?
It is recommended that you look up your car’s manufacturing manual for directions to turn off your automatic headlights.

How can I keep my car battery from draining?
Here are some helpful tips on how to save your car battery:

  • Turn off all lights, headlights, and tail lights
  • Run the engine for a while before turning off
  • New batteries do not drain as easily as older batteries
  • Disconnect sub-woofers and amplifiers from the radio
  • Bring a portable radio
