How We Help...

Circle of Hope's funds are used to fill in gaps left by other agencies and resources. As a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization, we network with patient care coordinators at hospitals, social service agencies, and cancer centers, utilizing a wide array of community resources. Individual applications for assistance are reviewed by our Board of Directors, who determine the distribution of funds based upon need. Funds may be granted for the following :

Clients seeking financial assistance from the Circle of Hope, Inc must have been diagnosed with breast cancer, have a treatment plan and be persuing that treatment plan, or be within three months of completion of a treatment plan. A treatment plan is defined as treatment necessary to cure or stabilize current breast cancer prescribed by a state board-certified medical physician. If you have been diagnosed with a recurrence or metastastic breast cancer and are undergoing any form of treatment you may be considered eligible for assistance.
Clients seeking assistance must live in, work in, or receive treatment within Santa Clarita Valley and be a US citizen or permanent legal resident. Please read the application for more details on who may qualify.
