Angel of Hope Pin:

The Angel of Hope pin, created by Colleen Shaffer, represents her belief that breast cancer is a "chronic disease, not a death sentence". Despite her continuing struggle with breast cancer that has metastasized (spread), she dresses in a pink angel costume to inspire and help others at a wide variety of fund raising events.
